Annual General Meeting 2008

The HPFC has grown so fast and achieved so much this year that we now feel we need more help on the committee from our members. Many of our committee members have been there for several years and feel they need to train others to take their place as they will eventually move on. So this is your chance to join a dynamic group of people who have achieved a record breaking year for the club: 562 registered players. 4 women’s teams, 55 club teams, 9 premierships, 6 NSW players, 16 Riverina players and the list goes on.

But to have success we need a committee; look at the positions below, come along, join as a committee person if you don’t feel like taking on a higher position.

Our future is bright, and with your help we can continue to achieve as a club.

All positions will be declared Vacant at our upcoming AGM 7:30 pm 8 December 2008 at the RSL Club.

We seek to fill the following positions:

President
Senior Vice President
Junior Vice President - SSG
Junior Vice President- League
Treasurer
Secretary
Registrar

As well as these positions, we seek the assistance of committee members to perform other essential functions such as

Property Officer
Child Protection Officer
Webmaster
Assistant to registrar (data management),
Sponsorship and Publicity Co-ordinator,
Canteen Co-ordinator,
Fund-raising Co-ordinator
Uniform Sales Co-ordinator

If you can help to fill any of these vacancies or would like to know more about any of these positions please contact either:
Rod Buik on 6922 3990 or 0400 582 830
or
Emilie Graham on 6931 7396 or 0409 317 395
and attend the
AGM scheduled for 7:30 pm 8 December 2008 at the RSL Club.

We hope to see you there.
