Where possible and unless requested otherwise, we generally try to retain teams from year to year. Except when specifically requested, we would not normally move a child into a different team if the team from the previous year continues. This may not be possible if too many players do not return or for other operational reasons. Note also that as children progress through age grades the teams become larger, so some teams will always be split and/or merged into others over the years.
